Even, Consistent Heating: Manufacturers design modern systems to deliver reliable warmth with fewer temperature fluctuations throughout your home or business.
Incentives and Rebates: Both Southern California and Arizona offer rebates and incentives to homeowners and businesses that upgrade to energy-efficient HVAC equipment.
Higher Property Values: If you want to sell your property in the near future, high-efficiency systems make your home or commercial building more attractive to potential buyers.
If you aren’t sure that you need a more efficient heating system, consider these questions:
Is your furnace more than 15 years old?
Have you noticed rising energy bills despite consistent usage?
Does your home or business have hot and cold spots?
Are you planning a renovation or expansion of your HVAC system?
The Certified Air Services team has over 40 years of HVAC experience. Our NATE-certified technicians are trained to install and configure the most advanced energy-saving technologies on the market. We’ll assess your property, your needs, and your budget to help you choose the best system – then, we’ll clearly explain your options and offer upfront, fair prices on our services.
AC Unit Size & SEER Rating: Higher efficiency units may have higher upfront costs, but you’ll save on energy costs dramatically in the long run.
Home Size & Ductwork: If you have a larger home or need extensive duct modifications, it can affect your specific pricing.

Yes, we can move your air conditioner in many cases. There are code requirements that will dictate the location along with access to the existing utilities. How much it will cost to move the air conditioner depends on many factors, contact us to request a free consultation.
Several factors apply here.
Depending on the year of your home, and the current condition of your ducts and the R value of the
insulation.
Typically, 1 time per year is sufficient, we would recommend springtime. Let’s get the AC ready for the hard summer ahead. Southern California winters are mild, and the Heaters do not run all that often.
There are lots of factors beyond the size of your house to determine the size of air conditioner you need.
For example, the quality of your ductwork and insulation.
Our sales team will review your current conditions along with several other factors to provide you with a system fitted for your home.
Depending on your usage, at least two times per year. A good rule of thumb is the beginning of April (around Easter), 4th of July and End of October (Halloween).
Yes, a building permit is required for a new system and certain alterations, there will be some costs related to the permit, that’s OK, the permit is for your protection to ensure the job is performed correctly. It will also weed out any unlicensed contractors.

Bruce HennigFebruary 24, 2025 Certified Air Services, Inc. has done all of my dust collection system design and installation work over the last four years. They have very experienced installers that do the job correctly the first time. They have done three different installs, the original system, and two upgrades resulting from additional equipment being added. Their pricing is fair and the owner is very responsive. That makes for a great relationship and that is why they will continue to be my company of choice for future upgrades. Janice DankerFebruary 22, 2025 These people are awesome if you need help they're the ones to call.... they get the job done right.... they're quick .....and they don't overcharge you... I won't call anybody else Nancy MorrowFebruary 15, 2025 I was extremely pleased with the service of Certified Air and will definitely use them again and again! Daniel arrived right on time at 7:00 a.m., assessed and repaired the problem with my heater in short order, which was some carbon buildup. He did not try to upsell me or sell me anything I didn't need, but repaired the problem all for under $150. I photocopied his card and am passing it around to all of my neighbors and friends!! A few days earlier, I had another company (Baird & Crocket) who did an assessment and said I needed a whole new system including an air conditioner (which isn't broken but older) for $10,000, plus wanted to charge another $9,000 to replace some asbestos covered pipes above the ceiling height level.
